Javier Lloveras participated in the 18th Conference of the International Society for Ecological Economics (ISEE) and the 11th International Degrowth Conference, held in Oslo, Norway. The presentation shared insights from the ATTRACT project, examining the right to repair from a critical postgrowth perspective, exploring how repair movements may challenge dominant corporate logics and open up alternative democratic imaginaries around production, consumption, maintenance, and technological governance. Particular attention was given to the political tensions surrounding repair, including questions of consumer agency, infrastructural dependence, sustainability transitions, and the contested role of corporations in shaping circular economy agendas.
