Twelve-hour online course delivered to the ATTRACT research team and open to PhD students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies. The course explored epistemological foundations, research designs, and advanced qualitative research strategies applicable to the study of social, economic, and organisational processes. Topics included research design, qualitative interviewing, observation, documentary analysis, coding and thematic data analysis, as well as quality criteria and methodological reflexivity in qualitative research. The course contributed to strengthening the team's methodological training and consolidating the skills required for the empirical development of the project.
