Angèle Mercier

Angèle Mercier is completing her Bachelor's degree at Paris Sciences et Lettres (PSL) University. She is on the "Sustainability Sciences" programme, which explores socio-environmental issues. She is enjoying an interdisciplinary education, studying experimental sciences such as physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology, as well as social sciences and economics, including environmental sociology and the economics of globalisation and externalities. She intends to specialise in public policies on a global scale, but is currently doing an internship to gain experience at a local level, as a detailed understanding of local conditions is crucial for apprehend higher levels. Indeed, she is currently completing an internship at the Post Growth Lab, where she is assessing post-growth public policies in a local context.
