Rachele Fussone

Rachele’s academic journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, followed by a Master's degree in Management Engineering. In between, she also completed a first-level Master’s in Smart Manufacturing, which allowed her to gain experience in the semiconductor industry, where she worked for 2 years as Process Engineer .

Driven by her interest in research and circular economy topics, she enrolled in the “Complex Systems for Physical, Socio-economic and Life Sciences” PhD program at University of Catania, as an Industrial PhD in partnership with NeoDataGroup and under a joint supervision agreement with the University of Seville in the program "Industrial Organization Engineering".

Her research project aims to develop new best practices, guidelines, and operational policies to enhance the efficiency of emerging circular business models, contributing to scientific research and providing companies with incentives to embrace their transition toward a circular economy.
